We are focused on our customer’s ability to easily transport domestic and wild animals with our newly designed Flex Axle Mobility System (FAMS). We love to use exciting and complex solutions to design and resolve transport issues of domestic animals as well as animals from the wild. Here at No-Nuisince, our business operations and culture are anchored in our core values and characteristics. It is our firm belief that by embracing these values, we will help our clients safely move their residential cages as well as help trappers capture and transport nuisance animals in the wild.

Gonzales Calloway, Sr. – CEO and Co-Founder
Our team brings over 100 years of combined military and formal education and over 50 years of practical experience in trapping that enables us to understand the needs of our customers/stakeholders.
Integrity is the key to our future while bringing a quality product to our customer. Applying our formal education to our many years of work experience and sound foundation of religious belief will aide to exhibit consistency between words and deeds.
We value our customers! Our customer focus is demonstrated by responsive, dependable, empathetic advocacy of our customer’s needs, goals, and objectives thereby creating a positive word of mouth advertising about No-Nuisince.
We honor constructive criticism from our customers. When we are great our product is great! We are always available and approachable, and demand the highest performance based on our customers’ constructive evaluation and feedback. We will continually solicit from our customer information and feedback through surveys to improve future generations of FAMS.

Meet the Team

Gonzales Calloway, Sr.
Gonzales Calloway Sr. served 24 ½ years as a soldier and a leader in the U.S. Army. After retiring from the military, he served 16 years as an educator in the Indiana public school system. His entrepreneurship and leadership prowess led to successful economic outcomes for family, friends, and associates. He holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Oakland City College.

Andrew Calloway, Sr.
Andrew Calloway Sr. served 5 years in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era. He served as a food inspector in the Federal Civil Service for over 22 years. Andrew’s inventiveness is inspired by his lifelong passion for trapping, small game hunting, and metal and machine works. He earned a welding certificate from Panola Junior College.

Dr. Harold Blount
Dr. Harold Blount served over 30 years in the U.S. Army in numerous operational and strategic-level leadership positions. He served with distinction as an organization development consultant and project manager in both military and civilian contexts. He holds a Master’s and Doctorate Degree in Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development from the University of Georgia.

Lanette R. Banks
Lanette R. Banks served 31 years in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserve as a soldier and team leader. She served in numerous positions in operational management and on Medical Teams. After retiring she served as a volunteer assistant for Head Start Schools. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

Dra McDaniel
With over 35 years of hands on technical experience, Dra McDaniel is well versed in a wide variety of roles in the field of technology. He served as a Network Administrator, Senior Software Designer, Security Specialist, Lead Graphic Artist and an Online Marketing agent to name a few. His focus is insuring your online experience is safe, secure and user friendly as possible.
